Privacy by design
The tools are built to be useful without collecting sensitive financial information. Here's exactly how data is — and isn't — handled.
Calculations run in your browser
Every calculator and the Route Finder run entirely on your device. The numbers you type — prices, rent, income, loan amounts — are used to compute your result on the spot and are not sent to our servers or to any lender. When you share a scenario link, you choose to include those inputs in a URL you copy; nothing is shared unless you share it.
What we never collect
We do not ask for and do not collect Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, tax-return or bank-statement uploads, passwords, government identification, or full addresses. There are no document uploads anywhere on this site.
Analytics — and what stays private
If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools are useful in aggregate. We deliberately never send your financial inputs. Analytics may record non-sensitive events such as:
- A tool being viewed, started, or completed
- A broad result or route category (for example, "investor" or "self_employed")
- A call-to-action or partner destination being clicked
- A scenario comparison being used, or a share action being initiated
These events carry only broad, non-sensitive categories — never exact income, price, loan, rent, asset, or debt values. The site is coded so that only an allow-list of non-sensitive parameters can be transmitted at all.
Cookies
The site itself does not require cookies to function. If analytics is enabled, Google may set analytics cookies; you can block them with your browser or an extension without breaking any tool.

Links to Kawsah, Mitig8 AI, Corporate Capital Map, and NorthReserve lead to independent services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information with them.
